When the journal is returned to me, I shape your words into a personalised keepsake — written to be read, kept and passed on.

- The prompts are designed to make it easy. You can write a sentence or a page; tell a story or answer a single question. There's no right way to do it.
- Can a family member help fill it in?
- Yes. Many journals are co-written — a daughter sitting with her mum, a grandchild interviewing a grandparent. I can suggest gentle ways to make that happen.
- How long is the final keepsake?
- It depends entirely on what you share. Most finished keepsakes are between thirty and eighty beautifully written pages, presented to last.
